What you need to know

CVE-2026-34909 is a path traversal in UniFi OS — the operating system on Ubiquiti's UniFi gateway and console devices. An unauthenticated attacker sends a crafted request whose traversal sequence walks past the authentication endpoint into an internal proxy handler, reaching functionality that should be gated. From there the attacker can read files that lead to underlying account access.
